The warranty does not cover damage due to accident, misuse, improper maintenance, damage of the product due to improper misuse, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as batteries and power cables, except in the case of failure due to faulty materials of the product and/or manufacturing.
The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
To process a warranty claim, original proof of purchase is required covering the entire warranty period. If you purchased directly from our website, we have your proof of purchase on record. If you purchased from one of our many authorized resellers, please provide us with the purchase invoice ensuring that the product's purchase date is clearly visible.
Steps in the warranty process:
1. Send us your request by filling the return form and valid contact details, a proof of purchase with a legible purchase date, a description of the defect found and a photo or video showing that the product is defective.
2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Refunds may take longer to process depending on your payment provider.
- This return policy applies only to purchases made in the US.
