The warranty covers all manufacturing or material defects under normal use and maintenance conditions for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

To process the warranty claim, the original proof of purchase is required for the entire warranty period. If you purchased from our website, we have the proof in our records. If you purchased from one of our many retailers, please provide us with the proof of purchase, ensuring that the date of purchase is visible.

The warranty process steps:

1 - Send us your request containing: your full and valid contact details, proof of purchase with the date of purchase clearly visible, a description of the fault and a photo or video proving that the product is faulty to the following address: contact@love-to-love.com

2 - After reviewing your request within 1 to 3 business days, our customer service team will contact you to send you a replacement product.
