Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped with UPS Express Saver. Delivery time: 3 to 6 business days after dispatch from our warehouse in France. We fully cover all customs duties, so you won’t have any extra fees upon delivery.

$19.90 for orders from $0.00 to $48.99
$11.90 for orders from $49.00 to $118.99
Free shipping for orders of $119.00 and above

All amounts are VAT included and all UPS fees are included.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.

Order Tracking

You can follow your parcel at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work directly with UPS to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
